  This place is a god sent!
  
  During my drive from Vancouver to edmonton, I found this gem of a place. It was the only place open at 9.30pm in Jasper that wasn't pub or fast food. I made a pick up order. When I got there I saw I had lost my debit card. Patiently they waited for me to rush around the town trying to find it. Not wanting to keep them waiting, I was the last person they were waiting on, I sadly said I wasn't going to be able to take the order. The older gentleman (owner?) overheard and came over to tell me not to worry about it. And that next time I came into town to come eat there.
  
  Well sir! You deserve MORE than me just coming back to eat. You deserve to have everyone know what a GENUINELY amazing establishment you have here. I appreciate your kindness you demonstrated to me!

  Where do I start...
  
  Looked great, said it was a Steakhouse.
  Ordered their most expensive steak with a size of shrimp, got what looked like a oven cooked pork chop - not even grilled or fried to lock in taste (hint: tasteless food). Steak was Grey in colour
  All the way through.
  - Shrimp was $7 for 4 medium prawns...
  
  Partner had Baby Back ribs also grey in colour with barbecue sauce. Apparently not bad but not great either.
  
  Bill came to over $120 with two drinks, found a gratuity was added purely for "oversees guests" which we both though was disgusting.
  Was no worth the money by a long shot, visited the KFC below this restaurant after our visit...
  
  Oh - the only good thing was the view. But then again it can be seen at 10ft below at street level.

  Excellent service. Delicious food and the wine list was amazing. The setting was rustic contemporary with comfortable seating and a cozy fireplace. Will definitely be going back for a second visit.

  Pretty disappointed with this place. The food was mediocre. Does not really live up to expectation of $30+ meal. Server Darcy was quite rude. The guy is acting like I came to his home, not to his place of work. At the end he also decided to add tip for himself, simply because I had an accent. Never really experienced anything like this before. After I paid, he just threw receipt at the table and walked away. Great service job Darcy lol

  After a long day"s drive, my husband and I had an unexpectedly delicious meal at Villa Caruso. My husband had a steak, cooked to a perfect medium rare and I had a grilled chicken breast, also tender and delicious. The accompanying vegetables were also perfectly done. Service was prompt and good. Thank you
